How to Book

To attend Kimberly & Joe's wedding the following information is required to book your space.

* Full Names exactly as shown on valid passport of each guest per room
* Birthdates of each guest
* Full mailing address including postal code
* Telephone number including area code
* Email address
* Departure Airport City eg. St John's, Halifax, Toronto, etc
* Form of payment

We would like to receive a copy of your passport picture page, which you can copy and send to us by fax at 753 9952, by email, or even by taking a photo of it on your phone and emailing it from there.

Email or the form above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.

Deposit is $250 per person to confirm your booking, and is non refundable. We are holding space until April 24th, extended to May 20th, after which times rates may need to be requested in order to add you to the group booking.

Pay in full by 60 days prior to travel (February 11th, 2016)
